Official Rules

Sponsor: Rob Banks ("Sponsor"), [mailing address].

Promotion Period: Starts 12/01/2025 and ends the earlier of 02/01/2026 or when all 10,000 NFTs are sold. Draws occur each time the Giveaway Pool reaches a new $1,000 increment, until $25,000 in prizes are awarded.

How to Enter:

• Minting one (1) Sirius NFT earns one (1) giveaway entry.
• AMOE (No Purchase Necessary): Hand-print your full name, age, city/state, email, Base wallet address, and the phrase "Sirius $1,000 USDC Giveaway" on a 3"×5" card and mail in a #10 envelope to: [AMOE Address]. Each valid mail-in equals one (1) entry. Must be postmarked by 12/01/2025 and received by 02/01/2026. No purchase necessary. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. Entries via AMOE and purchase are pooled together and have equal odds per entry.

Drawings & Odds

Each time the Giveaway Pool balance reaches a new $1,000 increment, Sponsor (or its administrator) will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received since the previous drawing (non-winning entries roll over). Odds depend on the number of eligible entries. 25 total prizes available; Sponsor may stop drawings once $25,000 has been awarded.

General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries violating the rules or attempting to game the system. Sponsor isn't responsible for lost/late/damaged mail; technical failures; or third-party services.
